A, Yes anyone can be a hair model if they are willing to get there hair cut by a trainee or stylist on request.

Q, How much will this cost?
A, For Models this is completely free service to have a profile and get in contact with Salons and Stylists.

Q, How do I Join?
A, Register and create a profile this will give you an inbox so you can search for salons and stylists in your area so you can be contacted.

Q, Can I contact other models?
A, No this site is specifically designed to connect models with stylists and salons.

Q, Can models contact Stylist or Trainees?
A, Yes search to see if you have the suitable haircut for the relevant trainee or stylist and send them a message once you have registered.

Q, Is it ok to tip trainees?
A, Yes if you are happy with your haircut a tip gives the trainee confidence, after all you have just got a free haircut!

Q, Can i still use other services from the salon?
A, Yes you are still a valued client as a hair model as you are aiding in the development of the salon so why not buy some products to maintain your haircut.

Q, What happens in training lessons?
A, Experienced stylist’s are always on hand and each lesson is well supervised when trainees are learning to cut and style hair. Please do not think you will come out with a disastrous cut as the salons reputation is still at stake in all levels of cutting!

Q, What is a colour competition?
A, A colour competition is often run by large colour companies to find new talent from all over the country. Models are needed to showcase this from regional competitions to catwalk shows

Q, What is a seminar?
A, Art Teams at large salons often demonstrate to other hairdressers how they cut hair. For this they need willing models to sit in front of audiences whilst they have their haircut.

Q, What is vadering?
A, Vadering is when a qualified stylists needs models to show salon’s they can cut classic styles and learn new salon techniques

Q, What sort of hair do i have?
A, Clients often find it difficult to describe their own have type whilst on registration please tick the closest catagory to the hair you think you have.

Q, What hairstyle will i get?
A, Salons and stylist’s are always looking for classic and creative cuts but as a hair model do not feel you are going to come away with a haircut you will be unhappy with. Upon contact with a salon or stylist you should be clear in the flexibility of your haircut yet still be open to advice from the experts to get the most out of your cut!

Q, What if there are no models in our area?

Q, Why should we use HairStyleHouse?
A, HairStyleHouse has been developed to make model hunting easier for all concerned! You can searching models in your area who are all ready interested in getting a haircut.

Q, Do you have to Join HairStyleHouse to gain access to our models?
A, Yes HairStyleHouse is a membership site for salons so they can have an online profile page to advertise their salon and get access to our database of models!

Q, Which is the right package for our salon?
A, The silver package is designed for any salon who would like a presence on the site to show they offer training sessions and to recieve one inbox so all staff members to use to get in contact with models

The Gold package is for salons who would like the basic package plus up to five individual profiles and inboxs. These profiles can be used by trainees and stylists to show their own work in their own gallery and explain about themselves and what models they are looking for!

The Platinum Package is for the larger salons and training schools so they have enough profiles for all their staff looking for models they also benefit from being the top of all search results.
